Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the GDPR.

1. Holdings you enter

Portfolio holdings you paste are processed to produce your analysis. In the free, no-account flow they are processed in-memory to generate your result and are not stored against your identity. We never ask for your name, broker login, or account numbers.

2. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregate pageviews and events such as "scan completed") to improve the product. This does not identify you personally.

3. AI processing

Plain-English narration is generated by a large language model via our own gateway. Only de-identified, aggregated risk figures (weights, sectors, scenarios) are sent — never your name or contact details.

4. Account & payment data

If you create a paid account, we store your email and subscription status. Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay and Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing founders@folio-xray.app.

6. Data retention & security

We retain account data only as long as needed and apply reasonable security measures. Contact: founders@folio-xray.app.
