Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Folio X-Ray. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing founders@folio-xray.app. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period begins, but you can cancel to stop future charges.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
